Card 1 — RMA
30 days. [email protected]. Wait. Then ship to Trinity Trail.
Card 2 — condition
Tags on, unworn, unwashed. No outdoor wear, odor, or makeup.
Card 3 — refund
Original card, 5–10 business days after intake. You pay return postage unless we shipped a defect or the wrong listed size.
Inspection
We open returns in the order they arrive at 441 TRINITY TRL, ELLENWOOD, GA 30294-4520. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.
How long a refund takes to show
Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.
Advertising claim
The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Jennings Wear.
